Eligibility

We Accept Returns For:
  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • Wrong Items: Report incorrect shipments within 7 days for a replacement/refund.

  • Unopened Bottles: Return in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items:
  • Opened or partially consumed alcohol (federal law prohibits resale).

  • Clearance/final sale items (marked as such at purchase).

  • Gift cards or promotional freebies.

How It Works

1. Start Your Return

Email: contact@laurelwoodliquors.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos (if damaged/incorrect)

  • Reason for return

2. Return Shipping
  • Our Fault? (Damage/wrong item): We’ll email a prepaid return label.

  • Changed Your Mind? Customer covers return shipping.

  • NJ Locals: Drop off unopened returns at our Palisades Park store.

3. Refund Processing
  • Allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect returns.

  • Approved refunds issued via original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes

State Laws Apply: Alcohol returns must comply with NJ regulations.

Original Packaging: Labels and seals must be intact for unopened returns.

Third-Party Carriers: We’re not responsible for shipping delays/losses after pickup.
